Seconda Prova 2019, simulazioni: com'è strutturata la prova del tecnico turistico
La
Seconda Prova 2019 del turistico è composta da due parti:
- traccia d'economia aziendale;
- traccia d'inglese.
I maturandi quindi devono fare i conti per la prima volta anche con la
lingua straniera. Basandoci sull'esempio di oggi, si tratta di un
testo sul turismo, in questo caso sull'eccesso del turismo e gli effetti di un "overtourism" nelle grandi città. Tutto quello che dovete fare è rispondere alle
domande chiuse e alla
domanda aperta di comprensione del testo e del grafico, poi svolgere un breve testo di circa 300 parole.
Simulazioni tecnico turistico Seconda Prova 2019: comprensione d'inglese svolta
Il testo riportato nell'
esempio del Miur spiega il fenomeno dell'
overtourism, cioé il turismo eccessivo che reca danni alle città più famose del mondo. In poche parole, viene definito il fenomeno e si cerca di chiarire in che modo si potrebbe risolvere per evitare che queste città soccombano sotto i turisti. Qui di seguito trovate le
risposte alle domande chiuse di comprensione del testo, in cui dovete scegliere una risposta corretta tra le quattro proposte:

Taking into account the ratio of overnight stays against the number of inhabitants, which of the three cities presents the most alarming situation? According to the chart, the most alarming situation is in Venice because there are 261,680 inhabitants against 10,182,829 overnight stays. The most direct consequence is the rise of the price per overnight stay, which in Venice is about 130 € per night, and the lack of a place to spend the night for tourists. According to the chart, the number of tourist accomodation options on airbnb in Venice is only 6,027 against 17,369 in Barcelona, where there are less tourists than in Venice.
Simulazioni tecnico turistico Maturità 2019: svolgimento produzione scritta d'inglese
Nella simulazione avete due opzioni di produzione tra cui scegliere. Noi abbiamo svolto la prima opzione, quella in cui dovete proporre un itinerario alternativo che metta a tu per tu il turista con il luogo e la gente autoctona. Ecco il possibile svolgimento:

This itinerary will let you discover the beauties of Puglia. Puglia is one of the most remarkable territories in Italy, located in the south-east. This region is almost entirely surronded by the sea and it’s the best place to travel in contact with nature and to immerse in the native lifestyle. You will start this journey in Bari, the biggest city in Puglia and easiest to reach by train, car and plane. From here, you have to take the train to Alberobello, one of the most characteristic locations in Puglia, where you’ll get in touch with an ancient form of houses: the Trulli. These were the houses of farmers and peasants and nowadays are priceless historical heritage. After walking up and down along the pathways, you will learn how the peasants lived and their simple/basic lifestyle. You will eat typical meals like homemade pasta, vegetables and bread. After spending the night in a trullo, your journey will continue to the south, heading down the main road which goes along the Adriatic Sea. Whenever you want (if you decide to go south by car) you can stop and enjoy the view. There are a lot of seaside locations where you can spend some free time and you can enjoy a bath in the cool sea. Your next location will be Ostuni, the white town. It is really white because, as a technique of construction, the peasants used to paint the outside of the house white to avoid the heat. We suggest you to go around on foot because there are a lot of sloping alleys where you will find restaurants and shops. Ostuni is surrounded by groves of olive trees, the typical tree of Puglia. You can discover how olive oil is made and the ancient techniques of production. Your journey will end in Lecce, the biggest city in the very south of Puglia. It is a baroque city: buildings and churches are the main attraction of this place. As you’ll arrive in the city center, you will find an ancient Roman amphitheatre, party underground. This are the remains of the ancient Roman city of Lupiae. In Lecce, we suggest to try the gourmet tour, to taste typical meals and good wine.
